The Higdon House is approximately 80 miles east of Atlanta, 70 miles west of Augusta, and 30 miles south of Athens. 

From Atlanta or Augusta:  Take I-20 Exit #130, go north on Route 44 to Greensboro (about 3 miles).  At the town center, turn left at light (Broad St.), go 3 blocks to Chestnut St.  Turn right, then right again on W. Greene. You can't miss us!

From Athens:  Take Route 15 south to Greensboro.   Just before the intersection with Route 278 turn left on to W. Greene Street.

Please NOTE:  MAPQUEST.COM does not show the correct location of the Higdon House Inn!!  West Greene St. is split in two, with  no connection.  (There was once a bridge over the railroad; it is no longer there.)  Google Maps has the correct location.
